Enigma Toys prides itself on customer service and customer satisfaction. We strive to make your shopping experience simple and problem free. Unfortunately, circumstances do arise where merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment. Because we rely on third party shippers to deliver your merchandise to you, we ask that you read and follow the instructions posted below regarding return of damaged merchandise. 1. ALWAYS inspect your package(s) or shipment immediately upon receipt. Inspecting your package or shipment also means that you must open your box(es) or crates and inspect the merchandise inside! Just because a package appears to be intact from the outside, does not mean and is not always a true indication that the contents are also intact.

2. Most shipments received from Enigma Toys require a signature upon delivery. Remember, your signature is evidence of more than receipt of your package. It also indicates that you have received your merchandise in GOOD CONDITION.

3. If your merchandise is damaged or short, YOU MUST NOTIFY ENIGMA TOYS WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS OF RECEIPT that a problem has occurred with your purchase.

4. Customer must also notify the 3rd party shipper within 24 hours of receipt that merchandise is damaged and/or short.

5. Please email us to advise us that your merchandise is damaged or short. Remember, your email must be received by us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged merchandise. The following information will be required:

• Date and time damaged merchandise was received
• Name of person or employee who signed for the merchandise
• A detailed description of the damage or shortage from which the claim arises

6. All merchandise damage claims received within the required 24-hour time frame will be assigned a Damaged Merchandise Claim Number. This claim number is not the claim number of the shipper, but is an internal claim number provided by Enigma Toys to aid us in assisting our customers
